Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for managing the entire process, including quotation, sample delivery, order acceptance, order placement, goods inspection, and shipment. 2. Follow up on orders, including organizing order details, executing contracts, and handling archiving. 3. Assist in processing daily business emails. 4. Prepare various data reports. 5. Support sales staff with other routine administrative tasks. Qualifications: 1. Age: 18–35; associate degree or higher; at least one year of relevant work experience. 2. Presentable appearance, proficient in customer service etiquette, honest and optimistic, approachable, with strong learning ability and a strong sense of responsibility. 3. Fluent Mandarin with standard pronunciation, excellent verbal communication skills, and proficiency in office software.
